Giggle for the Day: Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason. LOL!
So, my younger sister had her second baby this week and she is just so tiny and adorable. Hard to imagine that in a few short months she will most likely be a little terror who along with her older brother, will ensure that my sister never has another moment of peace! It was fun to go out and buy all those cute baby outfits, it’s been a while!

Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams in new battle – of the bulge
Take That seem to be everywhere at the moment and have been all winter. From Strictly Come Dancing to X Factor, then the Brits and Comic Relief. The lads all looked all right to me, but it would seem that the old rivalry between Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams has resurfaced.
This time it is not musical differences or jealousy of who gets the most limelight or disagreements about who is the most talented. The boys have decided that they both need to lose a few pounds before the start of their sell out Progress Tour in May.
Regular WhichBingo readers might know that I have some experience in this area, especially those that follow us on Facebook. I started my ‘lifestyle change’ in September 2010 and I have been keeping everyone updated with my progress. It has been steady week by week, some better than others, but so far I have dropped two and a half stones. A little exercise (as in a 30 minute session three times a week), less carbs, lots of water and less junk seem to have done the trick without drastically changing my day-to-day intake of ‘normal’ food.
If Gary or Robbie would like any tips or for me to personally prepare their healthy food for them I am more than willing to sacrifice myself on the alter of their fitness!
I love this quote from Robbie from when he found out that Gary was starting a diet, “That was the day I thought, ‘right, if you’re eating a lettuce, I’m eating half a lettuce.’”
In the meantime Gary and Robbie, I am waiting by the phone!

This asparagus, egg and cheese casserole recipe should be part of everyone’s weekly meal plan. It’s simple to make and after one bite the kids won’t pull their noses up at it, promise!
Asparagus, egg and cheese casserole recipe
Serves 6
Ingredients
10 large eggs
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
6 asparagus spears, bottoms trimmed, sliced 1/8-inch thin
2 cups grated or shredded cheese
2 Tbsp skim milk
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaf
2 tsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
Cooking spray (canola or olive oil)
Directions
Preheat oven to 190C. Prepare a casserole dish by spraying with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
In a small frying pan, heat the oil, and add the onions and asparagus. Sauté until onions are translucent, two to three minutes. Remove the pan from heat and set aside to cool for two minutes. Then, mix the onions and asparagus into the eggs along with all of the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Bake at 190C for 35 minutes, until the casserole is lightly browned and a bit puffy. Remove from the oven and let cool for five minutes before eating.
