Keep 'em coming.     This delicious bitter chocolate pudding recipe can be made for 4 or 6 people so I did just that. I made it the first time for 4 people and the second time for 6. When it came to eating them, I was 4 and 6 people! LOL! Bitter chocolate pudding Serves 4-6 Ingredients 125g / 4oz dark chocolate 125g / 4oz unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing 150g /5oz caster sugar 2 large eggs, plus 2 egg yolks 50g /2oz plain flour   Equipment 4 X 200ml (7fl oz ) or 6 x 150ml (fl oz ) ramekins, buttered Directions Step 1: Preheat oven to gas mark 5 and butter the ramekins. Break the chocolate into a bowl and add the butter, cut into cubes. Place the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and let the butter and chocolate melt. Stir to combine thoroughly and then leave to cool slightly.   Step 2: Whisk the sugar, eggs and egg yolks in another bowl until they are thick and pale and then beat in the melted chocolate. Whisk in the sifted flour. Divide the mixture between ramekins and bake for 25 minutes with the large ramekins or just under 20 minutes for the smaller ones, or until the puddings are slightly raised, slightly cracked but spongy to touch.   Serving suggestions: warm cream, crème fraiche or ice cream.
