'American Idol' Audition BINGO
Finally, there's a way to play along with the American Idol auditions! The audition process can last a while, and some people skip them all together. But you won't want to miss the auditions this season, because BuddyTV is providing you with American Idol Audition BINGO!
Get your daubers out, or you can use spare change, M&Ms, whatever you want! Start the episode with a chip or mark on Justin Guarini's face and watch the auditions to line them up and win!* If you're feeling extra crafty, you can make up your own categories, or print out the board and mix up the spaces so that everyone at your viewing party has a board.
*You don't technically win anything, just the satisfaction of yelling "BINGO!" or, if you prefer, "RUBEN STUDDARD!" as loudly as possible.

Lucky Escape
A couple goes out to dinner to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. On the way home, she notices a tear in his eye and asks if he's getting sentimental because they're celebrating 50 wonderful years together.
He replies, 'No, I was thinking about the time before our nuptials. Your father threatened me with a shotgun and said he'd have me thrown in jail for 50 years if I didn't marry you. Tomorrow I would've been a free man!'

Try this for a change from your regular chicken casseroles, it is a real winner and you will be amazed at the flavour. It takes virtually no effort unless you want to remove the skins from the chicken. Not to hot and peppery but a little spicy with a fresh aftertaste. Green peppercorns are sold in small bottles and pickled in brine, it also uses yoghurt as well which makes it everything you could ask for.
Green Peppercorn Chicken Casserole
Serves 4
Ingredients
12 chicken drumsticks or small thighs
1 medium onion finely chopped (grate if you can)
1 bay leaf
2 Tablespoons drained green peppercorns
1 cup hot water
2 Chicken stock cubes
2 Tablespoons Cornflour
200ml plain yoghurt
Black pepper
Directions
Heat your oven to 180 Celsius.
Take a large casserole dish with a lid and place the chicken pieces in the bottom. Add the onion, green peppercorns and crumble the two stock cubes over the top.
Now toss in the bay leaf and pour over the hot water, then cover and into the oven for 45 minutes.
Mix together the yoghurt and the Maizena, give it a good season with black pepper and then pour over the mixture. Stir it about a bit to combine, cover and then back into the oven for another 15 minutes.
It's as simple as that, done and delicious. Serve with rice.
